בקצרה The short version

VertiGoes היא מיזם בריאות דיגיטלי, ואנחנו לא מוכרים מידע. אנחנו לא מבקשים מכם להירשם כדי לקרוא, לא שומרים יומן תסמינים או תוצאות של בדיקת התסמינים על השרת שלנו (זה נשאר רק בדפדפן שלכם), ולא מוכרים או מעבירים פרטים אישיים לאף אחד. הדבר היחיד שאנחנו כן רוצים לדעת הוא אילו עמודים באמת עוזרים, כדי שנוכל לכתוב יותר מהם. VertiGoes is a digital health venture, and we do not sell data. You do not need an account to read anything, your symptom diary and symptom check results stay in your own browser and never reach our server, and we do not sell or hand personal details to anyone. The one thing we do want to know is which pages actually help people, so we can write more of them.

Google Analytics. עוזר לנו לראות כמה אנשים מבקרים, מאילו מדינות, אילו עמודים נקראים ואיך הגיעו אליהם. המידע מגיע אלינו בצורה מצרפית. אנחנו לא רואים מי אתם. Google Analytics. Helps us see how many people visit, from which countries, which pages get read and how people got there. We see this as aggregated numbers. We cannot see who you are.

הפיקסל של מטא (פייסבוק). עוזר לנו להבין אם אנשים מקבוצת הפייסבוק שלנו מגיעים לאתר, ואם פוסטים ששיתפנו שם באמת הביאו מישהו לתוכן. הוא פועל רק אחרי שאישרתם. הפיקסל של מטא לא פועל בעמודי בדיקת התסמינים ויומן התסמינים. Meta (Facebook) Pixel. Helps us understand whether people from our Facebook group reach the site, and whether posts we share there actually bring anyone to the content. It runs only after you accept. The Meta Pixel does not run on the symptom check and symptom diary pages.

Settings kept in your browser. Your chosen language, the calm view (reduced motion), your cookie choice, and your symptom diary. These are not tracking cookies, just your browser's local memory, and nobody but you can see them.

מה קורה אם אתם מסרבים What happens if you say no

שום דבר. האתר עובד בדיוק אותו דבר. Google Analytics לא ישמור עוגיות והפיקסל של מטא לא יופעל. אנחנו פשוט נדע קצת פחות על מה עובד, וזה בסדר גמור. Nothing. The site works exactly the same. Google Analytics will not store cookies and the Meta Pixel stays off. We simply know a little less about what is working, and that is completely fine.

One thing does keep running, and we want you to know about it: Cloudflare's visitor count. It works even if you declined, because it stores nothing on your device, uses no cookies, and creates no identifier that could recognise you or follow you between sites. It counts a page visit and nothing more. Without it we have no idea how many people arrived at all, and that is the one figure we genuinely need in order to know which pages help.

ניוזלטר Newsletter

אם השארתם אימייל, הוא נשמר אצל Brevo, שירות הדיוור שאנחנו משתמשים בו, ומשמש רק כדי לשלוח לכם את הניוזלטר. בכל מייל יש קישור להסרה, ואפשר גם פשוט לכתוב לנו. If you left your email, it is stored with Brevo, the mailing service we use, and used only to send you the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can simply write to us.

איזה מידע נאסף, ועל סמך מה What data is collected, and on what basis

אין באתר הרשמה, ואין צורך למסור פרטים כדי לקרוא כל תוכן. המידע היחיד שנאסף הוא זה: There is no sign up on this site, and no details are needed in order to read anything. The only data collected is the following:

• נתוני שימוש מצרפיים (Google Analytics): עמודים שנצפו, משך שהייה, מדינה, סוג מכשיר ומקור ההגעה. בסיס חוקי: הסכמה שנתתם בחלון העוגיות. ללא הסכמה לא נשמרות עוגיות. Aggregated usage data (Google Analytics): pages viewed, time on page, country, device type and referral source. Legal basis: the consent you give in the cookie window. Without consent, no cookies are stored.
• נתוני מדידה שיווקית (פיקסל מטא): האם הגעתם לאתר מקבוצת הפייסבוק או מפוסט. בסיס חוקי: הסכמה. ללא הסכמה הפיקסל אינו פועל כלל. Marketing measurement data (Meta Pixel): whether you arrived from the Facebook group or a post. Legal basis: consent. Without consent the pixel does not run at all.
• כתובת אימייל, רק אם נרשמתם לניוזלטר. בסיס חוקי: הסכמה מפורשת שנתתם בעת ההרשמה. Email address, only if you subscribed to the newsletter. Legal basis: the explicit consent you gave when subscribing.
• תוכן שכתבתם לנו במייל, לצורך מענה בלבד. Anything you write to us by email, used only to reply to you.

למי המידע מועבר Who the data is shared with

איננו מוכרים, משכירים או סוחרים במידע. המידע מעובד על ידי ספקי השירות הבאים בלבד, כל אחד למטרה שלשמה הוא נדרש: Google (מדידת תנועה), Cloudflare (ספירת מבקרים ללא עוגיות), Meta (מדידת הגעה מרשתות חברתיות), Brevo (משלוח הניוזלטר) ו-Render (אחסון האתר). חלק מספקים אלה ממוקמים מחוץ לישראל ולאיחוד האירופי, ולכן ייתכן שהמידע מועבר למדינות אחרות. ספקים אלה מחויבים בהסכמי עיבוד מידע ובמנגנוני העברה מקובלים. נמסור מידע לגורם נוסף רק אם נחויב לכך בצו שיפוטי או על פי דין. We do not sell, rent or trade data. Data is processed only by the following service providers, each for the purpose it is needed for: Google (traffic measurement), Cloudflare (cookieless visitor counting), Meta (measuring arrivals from social media), Brevo (sending the newsletter) and Render (hosting the site). Some of these providers are located outside Israel and the European Union, so data may be transferred to other countries. These providers operate under data processing agreements and standard transfer mechanisms. We will disclose data to anyone else only if required by a court order or by law.

כמה זמן המידע נשמר How long data is kept

נתוני Google Analytics נשמרים 14 חודשים ואז נמחקים אוטומטית. כתובת אימייל לניוזלטר נשמרת כל עוד אתם רשומים, ונמחקת עם ההסרה. התכתבות במייל נשמרת כל עוד היא נדרשת לצורך המענה. הבחירה שלכם בנוגע לעוגיות נשמרת בדפדפן שלכם בלבד. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically. A newsletter email address is kept for as long as you are subscribed, and deleted when you unsubscribe. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to answer you. Your cookie choice is stored only in your own browser.

הזכויות שלכם Your rights

לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981, ולגולשים מהאיחוד האירופי גם לפי ה-GDPR, עומדות לכם הזכויות הבאות: לעיין במידע שנאסף עליכם; לבקש את תיקונו אם הוא שגוי; לבקש את מחיקתו; להתנגד לעיבוד או להגבילו; לקבל את המידע בפורמט נייד; ולחזור בכם מהסכמה בכל רגע, בלי שהדבר יפגע בחוקיות העיבוד שנעשה קודם. Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and for visitors from the European Union also under the GDPR, you have the following rights: to access the data collected about you; to ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong; to ask for it to be deleted; to object to or restrict processing; to receive your data in a portable format; and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

קטינים Minors

האתר אינו מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל 16 ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע מהם. אם ילד/ה מסר/ה לנו מידע, כתבו לנו ונמחק אותו. This site is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

אבטחת מידע ושינויים בהצהרה Security and changes to this statement

האתר מוגש בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS) בלבד. יחד עם זאת, שום מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין, ואיננו יכולים להבטיח אבטחה מוחלטת. נעדכן הצהרה זו מעת לעת, ותאריך העדכון האחרון יופיע תמיד בראש העמוד. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) only. That said, no system is completely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will update this statement from time to time, and the date of the most recent update always appears at the top of this page.
